Subject of Possible Rule Making: Amending current notice requirements for testing commercial fishing gear.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department seeks to clarify the requirements for notifying department law enforcement officers about testing commercial fishing gear.
