Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 308-61 WAC, Unauthorized and abandoned vehicles.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This rule making will create and implement new rules that will outline procedures for receiving and processing abandoned recreational vehicle reimbursements as required by SSB 6437 passed during the 2018 legislative session.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
Process for Developing New Rule: Internal review and stakeholder input.
