In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: PCM 18-003: Changes and Enhancements to Policy on Notice to Incarcerated Noncustodial Parents (NCPs) Regarding Modification.

Subject: Changes and enhancements to policy on NCPs regarding modification.

Effective Date: November 28, 2018.

Document Description: PCM 18-003 is a companion to CN-291. CN-291 addressed compliance with 45 C.F.R. 303.8 (b)(7)(ii) that requires DCS to notify both parents of their right to request a modification review of their child support order. Effective April 9, 2018, support enforcement management system enhancements and policy interpretations impacted the way we notify incarcerated individuals of their right to request a modification. This PCM addresses the changes effective April 9, 2018.
