Chapter 82-60 WAC	All payer claims database (APCD) - chapter 43.371 RCW directs OFM to adopt rules for APCD. Finalize correction to additional definition rule. Continue with chemical dependency related rules.	CR-103 for correction to the additional definitions rule will be filed in February. File new CR-101 for chemical dependency in April.
