WAC 182-535-1066, proposed by the health care authority in WSR 18-17-187, appearing in issue 18-17 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on September 5, 2018, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
