Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: Repeal of WAC related to electronic authentication. Repeal of chapter 434-180 WAC and amendment of WAC 434-112-010 to remove reference to the WAC chapter and to related RCW that was repealed during the 2019 legislative session. The underlying statute was repealed by the passage of HB 1908, codified as chapter 132, Laws of 2019.

Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing WAC 434-180-100 through 434-180-590; and amending WAC 434-112-010.
