Effective January 1, 2020, the authority and oversight for the statewide all-payer health care claims database (WA-APCD) is transferred from the office of financial management (OFM) to the health care authority (HCA), see ESSB 5741 (chapter 319, Laws of 2019).

This change transfers the authority for rules related to the authority and oversight of the WA-APCD from OFM to HCA. OFM requests that the code reviser recodify the following rules in chapter 82-75 WAC from Title 82 WAC to chapter 182-70 WAC. HCA concurs in this request.
