Subject of Possible Rule Making: Medicare advantage prescription drug plan enrollment and eligibility rules within WAC 182-12-171, 182-12-180, 182-12-200, 182-12-205, 182-12-211, and 182-12-265.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 41.05.021, 41.05.160, PEBB Policy Resolution 2020-05.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The health care authority is considering amending the enrollment and eligibility rules to support the PEBB program within WAC 182-12-171, 182-12-180, 182-12-200, 182-12-205, 182-12-211, and 182-12-265.
