Final Amended Notice of Quarterly Hearing of the Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board
In the past month, several petitions were continued due to the need to locate victims and family members of victims. There also were petitions withdrawn by petitioners, who were eligible for alternate relief via SB 6164.
The Washington state clemency and pardons board hereby gives an amended notice of its quarterly hearings scheduled for March 11 and 12, 2021, via virtual hearing, starting at 9:00 a.m.1 The following petitions will be considered by the board2:

Please note that all board hearings are recorded by a court reporter, open to the public, and broadcast on the state public affairs network, TVW.
