This rule making is intended to make the rules clear, current, and understandable, as well as close operational gaps. | We anticipate filing an interpretive policy statement to clarify definitions and establish the process for submitting a commemorative work or work of art proposal to the department. We anticipate filing the CR-101 in late spring 2023. |
