Title: Policy 13.05 - Scheduling Independent Medical Examinations.
Date Revised: April 1, 2023.
Description: The amended policy updated the "See Also" section with new independent medical examination rules, clarified an example, clarified written notice criteria for self-insured employers, updated a NOTE, and made minor grammatical changes.
