RESCISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES

Effective September 23, 2023, the department of children, youth, and families is rescinding WSR 23-14-102, which was filed as emergency rule making on June 30, 2023. The permanent rules are complete for chapter 110-745 WAC, Transfer of individual to the department of corrections, and go into effect September 23, 2023.
