Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapters 479-01, 479-05, 479-06, 479-10, and 479-14 WAC.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapters 47.26 and 47.66 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amending Title 479 WAC to update program changes that may include, but not be limited to: Update and clarify reimbursable engineering costs, match criteria for small agencies, harmonize right of way reimbursement eligibility, and make technical corrections to ensure consistency within existing programs.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
