Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The purpose of this rule making is to consider amendments to the fees for contractor registration, electrical, elevator, factory assembled structures, and plumber rules. The amendments under consideration would increase fees by the fiscal growth factor for fiscal year 2027, to cover operating expenses for the programs. The current fee levels are insufficient to cover current program expenses.
