Document Title: DCS Policy Clarification Memo (PCM) 25-003: 2026 Washington Minimum Wage Increase.

Subject: DCS PCM 25-003.

Effective Date: December 22, 2025.

Document Description: This PCM explains the change to the Washington state minimum wage which will be increased from $16.66 to $17.13 per hour on January 1, 2026.
