This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding Abbreviated Coordinated Water System Plan Guidance, which was filed on August 22, 2001, and published in WSR 01-17-115.

This interpretive statement provides information on minimum statutory requirements of elements of chapter 70.116 RCW relating to an abbreviated method of utilizing the Public Water Coordination Act. The department is rescinding this policy because it is outdated and does not reflect our current business practices.
