Notice of Adoption - Policy Statement

Title: Alternative Education for Medical Cannabis Consultant Training, HSQA MC 2025-01.1.

Issuing Entity: Department of health (department).

Subject Matter: Allowance of alternative education for WAC 246-72-100(2), the two-hour continuing education course that is offered by the department. The department is extending the allowance until May 1, 2026.

Effective Date: January 2, 2026.
