Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Proposed full repeal of chapter 132H-204 WAC.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: Obsolescence. Bellevue College no longer has a motor pool or college-owned vehicles related to this policy. Policy was last updated in 1975, over 50 years ago.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: Chapter 34.05 RCW and RCW 28B.50.140.
Statute Being Implemented: RCW 34.05.353.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
Name of Proponent: Bellevue College, governmental.
