This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding "Drinking Water State Revolving Fund 1997 Application and Guidelines," which was filed November 19, 1997, and published as WSR 97-23-073.

This statement provided guidelines for the drinking water state revolving fund 1997 application cycle. The department is rescinding this policy due to the adoption of chapter 246-296 WAC, which pertains to the drinking water state revolving fund loan program and specifies the application and guideline requirements. Consequently, this interpretive statement is no longer necessary.
