WAC 365-196-450 and 365-196-480, proposed by the department of commerce in WSR 25-13-090, appearing in issue 25-13 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on July 2, 2025, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the 180-day period allowed by the statute.
