WAC 179-09-060, proposed by the professional educator standards board in WSR 25-16-057, appearing in issue 25-16 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on August 20, 2025, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the 180-day period allowed by the statute.
