Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 478-121 WAC, Student conduct code for the University of Washington.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.20.130.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The University of Washington is considering amendments to chapter 478-121 WAC, Student conduct code for the University of Washington, to review and update provisions governing student conduct, related procedures for addressing alleged misconduct, and other related provisions. Amendments may include, but are not limited to, revisions, clarifications, reorganization, or other changes intended to improve the effectiveness and administration of the rules.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
