Subject: Authority for legal forms.
Effective Date: June 30, 2026.
Document Description: This administrative policy explains how the director of DCS delegates authority to certain staff to initiate locate, paternity establishment, order establishment, modification, and enforcement actions for the department, including subpoenas.
