Pursuant to RCW 34.05.335 and WAC 1-21-060, the department of retirement systems withdraws preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) WSR 26-14-031, filed June 23, 2026, implementing the law enforcement officers' and firefighters' Plan 1 termination and restatement bill and incorporating certain federal requirements.
