NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT BOARD

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act (chapter 42.30 RCW) and the Administrative Procedure Act (chapter 34.05 RCW), the following is the schedule of regular meetings for the Washington state transportation improvement board (board) for the year 2027. The board's meetings are open to the public and access for persons with disabilities may be arranged with advance notice; please contact the staff person below for more information.

Agendas for the meetings listed below are made available in advance via listserv and the board's website (see below). Every attempt is made to ensure that the agenda is up-to-date. However, the board reserves the right to change or amend agendas at the meeting.

*Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday and Friday of the meeting month, except in November, when the meeting is held earlier due to the holidays.

*Thursdays are typically a work session from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise specified.

*Fridays are typically the board meeting from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
