      On page 141, after line 2, insert:

      "(21) $25,000 of the general fund--appropriation is provided solely to enable Griffin School District to complete a purchase of non-consumable supplies, equipment, books and materials planned prior to August 31, 1991.

EFFECT:  Increases $25,000 GF-S to enable the Griffin School District to replace funds that lapsed before a purchase funded in the last biennium was completed.
