     On page 6, line 9 of the title amendment, strike "adding a new section to chapter 36.32 RCW;"

EFFECT: Deletes section 1 permitting counties to award contracts for the procurement of road maintenance materials to multiple bidders when bid specifications provide for haul distance to be included in determining the lowest price to the county.
