     On page 2, line 6, after "shall" strike all material to and including "debtor." on line 9, and insert the following:

     "provide written notice to the debtor in accordance with this section. Notice shall be mailed as soon as practicable to the last known address of the debtor and shall contain the following information:

(a) Instructions for obtaining such property during normal business hours upon debtor's request and presentation of a drivers' license or other sufficient identification;

(b) The name, physical address, and phone number of the agent and the secured creditor and the physical location of such property;

(c) A general description of such property held by the agent; and

(d) A statement that property not claimed within thirty days is subject to disposal.

Such property shall be kept intact and handled and returned in substantially the same condition as existed before repossession. Any costs incurred in protecting and holding such property may not be charged against or collected from the debtor.

(3) All property not claimed within thirty days of repossession shall be disposed of in accordance with chapter 63.24 RCW."
