     AN ACT Relating to nuclear projects at Satsop; and adding a new section to chapter 80.50 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 80.50 RCW to read as follows:

     The council shall suspend permanently any maintenance, protection, or upkeep on Washington nuclear projects three, the energy facility located at Satsop, Washington.
