HB 1138 - DIGEST

      Authorizes, on a trial basis, registered nurse practitioners to prescribe legend drugs and controlled substances as defined in schedules II through V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

      Limits authority to a maximum of a forty-eight hour supply in emergency situations.
