HB 1288 - DIGEST

      Requires a written citation to be furnished an employer who has violated RCW 49.12.121 or 49.12.123.

      Provides for civil penalties.

      Authorizes restraining orders if the violation creates a danger that death or serious physical harm could result to a minor employee.

      Provides that reckless violations by an employer shall be a class C felony.
