HB 1445 - DIGEST

      Provides that it is a violation of chapter 42.17 RCW for any person to make contributions in the aggregate exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars for a state-wide office, or exceeding two thousand five hundred for any other campaign, within forty-five days of the general election.

      Prohibits contributions exceeding twelve thousand five hundred dollars for a state-wide office, or exceeding one thousand two hundred fifty dollars for any other campaign, within forty-five days of the primary election.
