(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Directs the criminal justice training commission to offer an intensive training session on investigating and prosecuting sexual assault cases.

      Requires the training to place particular emphasis on the development of professionalism and sensitivity towards the victim and the family of the victim.

      Authorizes rape crisis centers to apply for grants to hire victim advocates.

      Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
