HB 1805 - DIGEST

      Provides for a six-month pilot project aimed at identifying to what extent the problem of highway damage can be attributed to the movement of overweight containers coming into and leaving ports in the state.

      Revises penalty provisions for overweight violations.

      Makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act.
