HB 2003 - DIGEST

      Directs the department of transportation to manage highway rights of way to plant trees to enhance the beauty of the areas and to provide a new source of pulp wood and timber.

      Directs the deposit of any revenues from sales of the trees in the motor vehicle fund.

      Makes appropriations of twenty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
