HB 2040 - DIGEST

      Requires that policies after January 1, 1992, shall contain designated provisions affecting preexisting health conditions, affecting renewal of policies, and affecting designation of beneficiaries.

      Provides that premium rate increases may not exceed one hundred twenty-five percent of the rate for the previous period.
