      Establishes a reduced license fee for retired active status of health care professionals for practice on an intermittent or emergency basis.

      Requires the individuals to meet the continuing education requirements and to be subject to the Uniform Disciplinary Act.

      Revises licensure provisions for the manufacture and sale of legend and nonprescription drugs.

      Revises licensure provisions for pharmacists and pharmacist assistants.
