HB 2379 - DIGEST

      Makes it a gross misdemeanor to knowingly advertise the sale of liquor on any television broadcast originating inside the state between the hours of six a.m. and eight p.m.

      Authorizes injunction actions and civil penalties of up to ten thousand dollars per violation.
