HB 2391 - DIGEST

      Authorizes the departments of health and ecology to use an independent testing center to verify the effectiveness of any new technologies for treatment of biomedical waste.

      Provides that the definition of biomedical waste shall be the sole state definition and will preempt any definitions established by a local health department or local government.
