HB 2483 - DIGEST

      Revises provisions of chapter 27.12 RCW pertaining to the administration of library districts.

      Directs rural county library districts to enter into a reciprocal service agreement with cities and towns.

      Authorizes rural county library districts to issue nonresident library cards.
