      Directs the department of wildlife to appoint a technical advisory committee to assist in developing habitat management practices in agriculture and range activities to preserve, protect, and perpetuate wildlife and fish.

      Requires Washington State University to report by December 31, 1993, on how best to integrate fish and wildlife considerations with existing curriculum and requires the extension service to make the information available to the public.
