HJR 4213 - DIGEST

      Proposes an amendment to the state Constitution to amend Article II, sections 2 and 12; by adding a new section to Article II; and by repealing Article XXII, sections 1 and 2.

      Provides that the house of representatives shall be composed of fifty members and the senate shall be composed of twenty-five members.

      Adjourns regular sessions sine die on a day determined by concurrent resolution of the legislative.

      Repeals Article XXII, sections 1 and 2 of the state Constitution.
