      Directs the attorney general to establish a Crime Stoppers assistance office to work in conjunction with local organizations.

      Specifies the types and amounts of grants authorized to be distributed to the assistance agencies.

      Directs the attorney general to appoint an advisory council to periodically review the Crime Stoppers program.

      Makes an appropriation of four hundred thousand dollars to the attorney general to carry out the purposes of the act.
