SB 5207 - DIGEST

      Establishes the corporation with the capacity to respond to the market development, industrial retooling, and entrepreneurial development needs of timber-dependent communities.

      Provides that the board of directors of the corporation shall oversee the operation of the center for international trade in forest products at the University of Washington.
