SB 5764 - DIGEST

      Requires the director to administer all licenses, tags, and permits under the statutes governing both the departments of wildlife and fisheries.

      Directs the establishment of rules for the administration of a combined recreational license format.

      Directs that revenue from the sale of recreational food fish licenses be placed in the wildlife fund.

      Takes effect January 1, 1992.
