SB 5845 - DIGEST

      Levies a tax on each retail sale of adult entertainment materials and services equal to eighteen and one-half percent of the selling price.

      Defines "adult entertainment materials and services."

      Requires the revenues to be deposited in the public safety and education account to be used for crime victim's compensation.
