      Prescribes the collective bargaining rights of employees and employers in the agricultural industry and protects the rights of the public in connection with labor disputes.

      Creates the state agricultural labor relations board.

      Designates unfair labor practices for employers and employee organizations.

      Establishes hearings procedures for allegations of unfair labor practices.

      Makes a willful interference with activities of the board a gross misdemeanor offense.
