SB 6253 - DIGEST

 

      Declares that it is the policy of the state that a government agency may not engage in commercial activities, except as provided by the act.

      Authorizes waivers from the prohibition until July 1, 1994.

      Requires that a government agency with specific authority to engage in commercial activity shall impose a charge that is fair and reasonable.

      Provides for civil actions to enforce the act.
