SB 6385 - DIGEST

      Prohibits the harvest of wild coho salmon, wild chinook salmon, or any other species of wild salmon listed as endangered.

      Takes effect January 1, 1997.

      Requires the marking of salmon at the hatcheries.

      Requires approval of the act by a vote of the people.
