SB 6413 - DIGEST

      Provides for the board to assist the insurance commissioner in identifying and quantifying the nature and amount of insurance fraud in the state and recommend appropriate criminal penalties.

      Makes an appropriation of forty-nine thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
